Shipping charges are $35 per firearm for the lower 48 states unless otherwise noted. This charge represents the cost of the shipping label, warehouse employee costs, and packing material costs for your item. Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $30 fee. Shipping insurance can be purchased for an additional 1.5% of the purchase price. If you decline insurance and do not include the extra 1.5% with your payment, Orange Target Armory is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. If shipping insurance is purchased and there is a problem with your shipment, Orange Target Armory will replace your item with a new one or issue a full refund. Please allow 1-7 business days to ship once we receive payment and ffl. Usually we are quite fast, but occasionally shipping times are delayed with the amount of orders we receive. Handguns ship USPS priority and long guns ship UPS ground. We appreciate your business very much and will always send you tracking info when your item ships.
We only ship firearms to federal firearms license holders. Please have your dealer email a copy of their FFL. Please make sure they include your first and last name as well as auction number. Failure to have this document emailed or faxed to us will delay your shipment. It is the buyers responsibility to know your local laws before purchasing. We love California and have no problem shipping there so long as the item is legal in the manner described in this listing.

The manufacturers may do this for promotional reasons, marketing, or perhaps they just want to make a change. Our software systems are set up to streamline the sale of products in the most efficient manner and you hereby agree and understand this. No matter the case or reason, it is our promise to you, our customer, that you receive the product you ordered from us. If there is ever a discrepancy and you are unsatisfied in this type of extremely rare situation, please contact us and we will make it right with you.
Please inspect your firearms at your dealer before taking possession and having them transferred. Once the firearm has been transferred to you, all customer service issues must be handled by you and the respective manufacturer. If you notice a problem with your firearm before taking possession, please do not take possession of the item and notify us right away and we will address any concerns.
We assume from the get go that all transactions will end well and therefore leave positive feedback for everyone automatically. Only if there is a problem will we remove this positive feedback.
